Haplessly I’m dumped in
relentless dismals,
But unstoppable vernal splendor
crushes into the River Pavilion to herald spring’s arrival,
Recklessly it urges the
booming of all blows,
Bringing forth the noisily
disturbing twitters of the orioles.
