冬景              蘇軾 (1037 - 1101)

荷盡已無擎雨蓋 ，菊殘猶有傲霜枝 。
一年好景君須記 ，最是橙黃橘綠時 。

The perishing lotus with its umbrella leaves subsides

The chrysanthemum is by its frost defying stems survived,
Of all the seasons in the year, bear this consummate time in mind,
It’s when orange is goldening to ripe,
And tangerine greening in time.
