卜算子   詠梅    毛澤東 (1893-1976)
 (讀陸游詠梅詞，反其意而用之。)
 風雨送春歸，飛雪迎春至。
已是懸崖百丈冰，猶有花枝俏。
俏也不爭春，只把春來報。
待到山花爛漫時，她在叢中笑。

While spring is seen off by rains and winds,

Just for flying snows to again usher her in;
The hundred zhang cliff is already ice-screened,
She still boasts blossoms chic and trim;
Chic though, yet not contends to win,
Only to herald spring’s setting in;
While rival flowers all over the hills are making the scene,
Hiding amid them, she grins.
